                                                                  MISSION:

 

C                     Provide oversight responsibilities for financial issues

 

C                     Identify, solicit non-formula financial resources

 

 

                                                                 PURPOSE:

 

C                     Review detailed financial information

 

C                     Review audit of Workforce programs and other resources as appropriate

 

C                     Review all financial monitoring results performed by independent monitors, Texas Workforce Commission, Department of Labor, et. al.

 

C                     Review all revenues and expenditures by grants on an annual basis

 

C                     Maintain current status on financial issues/problems

 

C                     Report to full Board on a quarterly basis
